Kosher Parve Candy
Probably the best way to explain parve is neutral. If something is parve, it contains no meat and no milk so it can be permissibly eaten by kosher consumers with either kind of meal.
If you are ordering something sweet for an event at which you don’t know what kind of food will be served, you will always be safe going with kosher parve.
