Product shortages and delays, so common during the pandemic years, are easing, but coordinating large quantities of candy remains tricky as manufacturers continue to discontinue products or raise prices without advance notice and require far greater lead times for seasonal products and no opportunity for reordering after the deadline.   

To put this into perspective, most manufacturers requested Halloween orders by February and Christmas orders by mid-summer. 

Yes, this  "forward planning"  can be frustrating, but don't let it stand in the way of making your or your client's candy dreams come true.  

Suppose you plan on ordering a large quantity of candy or shipping it to multiple locations.  In that case, we are here to help, and our approach differs from other online candy stores.

So, you might ask yourself, what makes CandyFavorites different from the rest?

All customers whose order exceeds $1000 will be assigned a salesperson to oversee your order from start to finish.  Think of this as if you have your own "candy concierge."

We may be unable to get you a table in the best restaurant or tickets to see Taylor Swift.  Still, we can ensure that someone oversees ALL aspects of your order completion and provide "real-time" access to inventory and customer support to ensure you get what you ordered! 

Gone will be the days of placing an order and receiving it with a low fill rate

This personal approach is beneficial if you are looking for hard-to-find items such as novelty and  seasonal candy. 

They will also handle all logistics, big or small. In addition, should supply chain issues arise, they will keep you informed, and you can reach them directly seven days a week.

No more leaving voice mails or having emails unanswered, and, best of all, no surprises!

Here are a few pointers for ordering larger quantities or seasonal candy

  • ORDR EARLY! The more time you allow, the better the chance of getting the product and quantity desired. We recommend ordering at least one to two months in advance if you need large amounts. 
  • BE FLEXIBLE and have a backup choice if your product is not available.
  • PURCHASE THE QUANTITY OF CANDY YOU ANTICIPATE NEEDING. Unlike other years, we may not have the opportunity to reorder additional candy, or there might be a substantial delay. 
  • ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME FOR SHIPPING - Consider upgrading to Fedex Ground or faster. Our rates are competitive, and we don't use shipping as a profit center.
