Few things bring more joy or are harder to find than Original Licorice Snaps. They only are available once a year and they tend to sell out so quickly that it is all but impossible to keep them in stock. However, because quantities are so limited - and demand so high - we normally limit purchases to just a few bags per transaction.

I'm addicted to Snaps. I just can't stop eating them no matter how hard I try!
Have loved these since I was a kid in the '50's; they came in a little red box for 2¢ at the penny candy store. I ordered the 6# and ate them all. I'm diabetic and my glucose didn't go sky high. Just wish I could get them cheaper. I will be buying more when my Social Security check is direct deposited. :heart:️:heart:️:heart:️

I grew up in Chicago and every week if both my brother and I were good we went to the candy store for a treat. I was ALWAYS good so every week snaps were my reward. I bite them in half and suck on each half to savory their sweet, licorice flavor and since then (I"M 62) have been eating them for 42 years.
I can't wait till every year I get to order 5 to 6 bags (1 bag for every 2 months)Great happiness

Buying Valomilks can be risky since they have a tendency to crack open and leak a lot of cream. But most of the pieces I received from this website were completely intact. A few had leaked a small amount of marshmallow cream, but that is typical with this candy. They were fresh and arrived well-packed in great condition.
I miss the white and red pops. I’m sure it’s just in my head but the green and red ones just don’t taste the same. I’m stationed in Sicily and had to have my sister mail them overseas to me and I was so disappointed. They do taste okay just not as good or same as in years past. (Also the amount of tootsie roll is not the same- way smaller amount now! And two pop didn’t have any!)
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.

smaller in size compared to similar types of candy like Brachs used to make but just as tasty and you won't find a better price anywhere else online for size of product offered than here at candyfavorites.com .
