Today I received my Rocky Road candy bars and was very pleased with the packaging. This order was billed through Amazon, but thankfully not shipped by them. CandyFavorites.com was thoughtful enough to pack these delicious candy bars in a heat reflective bubble wrap with foam peanuts and a foam refrigerant in a bag that kept the product completely cool to my driveway. Previous shipments of this very product from another distributor were poorly packaged and lacking in form and texture.

Thanks Jon for keeping me in the discontinued candy loop. In the 50's when I was a child it was difficult to come up with 5¢ for a Hershey bar. The lunch bar was the same size and was 3¢!!!!! A Coke was 5¢. I didn't get many of those.

I got my Lemon drops on the same day I received the tracking info. No problem here I am delighted with them!! I had an unusual experience with this company that left me speechless! We were planning a graduation party for our son whose graduation was cancelled because everything closed down. He loves candy so we wanted to make it special. I called the company and spoke to a person who said he was the President. I was skeptical but he helped me choose an assortment and really put a lot of effort into it. He said he felt sorry that my son wouldn’t be able to enjoy his graduation.
The candy arrived and was in good condition except that one box had a few broken pieces. My son and his friends were thrilled and I was happy that I found this company. On a Sunday, I got a phone call from the person who said he was the president and actually is! He called to see how the graduation went and to make sure my son was happy. I have bought many things online but I have never been treated with such courtesy and kindness and to have the owner call, let alone on a Sunday is just way above and beyond! He was so caring and polite. No wonder this company has been around forever.

What a nice company! Who knew it was one of the oldest candy stores and that they sold candies from when I was a kid. I would like to commend you on the customer service that your employee Jen has provided. There was an issue with my address and Jen was very quickly at task correcting the issue. Although the blame rested squarely on my shoulders, she never made me feel as though it was. I was the Corporate Asset Development Director for Park Seed and Wayside Gardens for several years. We were the largest catalog and eCommerce company for plants and seed in the US. In this role, I spent a large portion of my time creating and monitoring the training of customer service representatives. Favorite place to buy all my candies. Their products are always fresh. The shipping was free and they have a quick delivery time. Before I found this site, the other sites took a long time to deliver and the candies were not fresh. My son is getting married in just over 6 weeks. We live in Texas, so I knew I MUST get the candy ordered for the candy buffet early in the year. I'd like to thank you for your kindness in helping out with our candy bar. I wish I could have ordered everything from you. The packing of the candy was great! None of the candy was damaged nor melted. You guys insulated the boxes so well.
Conversely, I had to order other candies from Candy Warehouse, the packaging was horrible. They throw in some "ice boxes" to keep it cool, but it was not insulated or sealed very well so the ice boxes perspired onto the cardboard box and made it all soggy which allowed ants to get into the box. Fortunately, none of them got into the candy.
