Anonymous Very Helpful during hit weather.

Anonymous I live in Florida & the candy was fine
Thanks for sharing your review, and we are glad the ice packs worked. Shipping in hot weather is always a challenge, even more so when it's VERY hot as it has been for the past few weeks, but we have worked hard to find the safest and most cost-effective options, and we are thrilled to hear when it's works!

Anonymous I have no idea what happened to my order for two boxes of Clark bars. My check was refunded and I was told there weren't any available at the time. The, only one day later, I received one box and the same card was used. I don't know what happened but if you find another spare box, please feel free to send that one too. I LOVE Clark bars and would never turn down one bar or one box. Whatever the reason for sending that one box, THANK YOU!!!!!

Darrel The ice pack would have been just fine but it took to long to get here
WE certainy try our best to safely ship in hot weather but when temperatures become excessive, it becomes more of a challenge, especially trying to keep the ice pack cool. The good news we off Onward Package Protection that fully guarantees that your candy purchase is perfect!

Michael Mann Wish more companies did this.I have some clumps of melted stuff to prove it.
Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that our ice packs were effective! We understand how frustrating it can be when products arrive melted, and we're constantly working to improve our packaging and shipping methods. Thanks for your support and for choosing CandyFavorites! We truly appreciate it!
EVERY THING WONDERFUL...FRESH ALWAYS, DELIVER
Everything Wonderful...Fresh always, Deliver Quick. The only think was the order was large & in one bag would have liked in two bags. Recommend to everyone...Thank you Always
