The candy was not fresh. They charged almost $12 for shipping.
We are sorry that you were not happy with the shipping cost despite it being visible and required to choose during the checkout process. As to the candy being ' not fresh,' that would be almost impossible as the mix is packed to order and the csndy was just recieevd from the manufacturer. It might be harder than you recall - all the more so as the country has been experiencing very cold weather - but it is certainly NOT 'not fresh.' Shippping is costly as we are dealing with persishables but we do our very best to provide transparent options allowing the ccusotmer to choose what best fits their needs and budget.
