I by mistake bought the new soft chewy caramels and I am very dis-satisfied. The taste is not like the original hard caramel or hard candy. I personally LOVE the hard caramel or the hard round candy. I am diabetic 2 and can have just a a piece or two for pleasure and my pleasure is the hard caramel and its wonderful taste.

My thoughts about Werther's Caramel
You have not asked for my opinion on a new product, but I am giving it because I love Werther’s candies. I am referring to your new line, Caramel Specialties. Somehow it just doesn’t taste like your other products. I love chocolate and caramel, but this particular combination isn’t the taste I expected. I have not identified the difference, but it isn’t a good caramel and chocolate fit. I will just stick with the caramels, chewy or otherwise, and enjoy what I know.
Thought I would give you some feedback. I may be the only person in the whole world that feels this way and that’s okay. Little old ladies need to say what they think
