I order about 22 lbs of candy during a holiday week. I received a call the next day informing me that the order would be shipped out after the holiday weekend to prevent my order from sitting. I appreciate the honesty and care. As well as receiving a call from a live employee...I was impressed by the customer service. If there is a con, it was simply being disappointed by the size of some of the candy I ordered, but that is a simple spec in the sea of my satisfaction.

Package came with severe damage
Hello,
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
