the reviews tell all. everyone is wondering what happened to the cherry laces. this was the only place that had them and now even here they are gone. we have gotten absolutely no word on any of this and it seems more like its just being ignored. does anyone have anything to say about what happened to the cherry laces, and if we have any hopes of ever seeing them again?

I was looking for the hard licorice that i had ordered on here once before. Thought these were it. They were not even though they were in same type of bag from previous order. Theyre soft and chewy. Taste was not what i wanted either. I hate that i ordered so many thinking it was the hard shoelace licorice i wanted.

You didn't add the note about formula change till AFTER I bought $75 worth from your back-in-stoc...
Your "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" comment does not fly in my case because you didn't add the note about the formula/flavor change until after you sold the new crappy product and started to get complaints. That's bad business. Shame on you.

Changed the formula - YUCK!!
This used to be the LAST place on earth to find the cherry red laces like when we were kids, but they changed the formula, and now they're awful; they taste like every other awful soft strawberry licorice out there. Might as well buy those awful tasting Gustaf's laces. Gross. Btw, that "Barely Yummy" rating should be "Disgusting!" and my buying experience was TERRIBLE! I waited 2 years for the same product to be back in stock, bought $75 worth (cause the GOOD red laces were so hard to find), only to fond out the formula was changed and no one said a word about it. When I tried to get my $ back because I'd gotten a "back in stock" alert, I was told too bad so sad!

My dentist advised to have sugarless if one wants something sweet after meals. Since following that advice have never had another cavity, and it's been years. Sugarless hard candy satisfies sweet tooth and keeps mouth from being dry.

I hadn't seen these in years so I ordered a box. Now, even though the box had cooling pouches inside and the box plainly said protect from heat, the FedEx delivery placed them on a sidewalk in the 90 degree desert sun. Not the vendors fault.
