Original Dark Chocolate Peanut Chews Chews, also known as Goldenberg's Peanut Chews, have been around for a long time as they were first introduced in 1917 and, amazingly, are still made using the same formula as they were over 90 years ago!
Despite offering the perfect combination of lucious dark chocolate and chewy peanut nougat, these place have an important in the fabled history of candy as they were included in troop rations in two World Wars due to being high protein.
For many years, Goldenberg Peanut Chews were exclusively found on the East Coast due to being manufactured outside of Philadelphia, PA but due to their exposure to the troops, they became sought after around the globe and this was long before the age of internet and UPS and Fed Ex delivery.
Fortunately, production is higher now than ever as the brand was purchased by Just Born and we have been proud to offer this treat for over 80 years!
Brands and logos may change but the great taste of Original Dark Chocolate Peanut Chews Chews continue to please....

you truly cannot eat just one, i always bought the miniatures individually wrapped, so my husband andi decided to get the larger ones, they are small individually wraped also, so still we just cannot eat just one.hmmmmmmi

Zagnut for Dale and these also very delicious Peanut Chews for me. On my drive home, both were eaten by me; Zagnut in my DH's memory and the Peanut Chews for me. Ahhhhh, heaven in wrappers.

Everything was good. The delivery was fast and I especially liked that it was packed with ice packages and quilted aluminum blanket. The bars were fresh and delicious.

Jelly fruit slices, the best!
These jelly fruit slices are some of the freshest candy I've had. They are similar to Chuckles only much softer and dusted with just the right amount of sugar. They're perfect!

The cigarettes arrived mostly intact and taste exactly how I remembered them. I refused to buy them on Amazon because of the mixed reviews from 3rd party sellers. However, this seller delivered as advertised (and with no red mold!)

Great flavor, but the shipping and packaging could have been done better. 3 large boxes of candle shipped with 1 small foam icepack to Louisiana in August... Unless you take more care in getting the candy to me in better shape, I will not order again.

However, too many ice packs can create excessive humidity or moisture.
