Condition of peppermint sticks
The peppermint candy stick are fantastic! Upon arrival at least 1/4 to 1/3 of the sticks had 1 or 2 breaks. This high number of broken sticks was disappointing. This is my 2nd shipment. The first was in the same condition. Love these peppermint sticks. I wish they could arrive in better condition.
Shipping candy sticks is a challenge and we do all possible to package them in a way that they arrive intact. With that said, they are quite fragile and even th manufacturer say that a certain level of breakage is to be expected. I might suggest that you opt for Route Package Protection as this protects your order 100 percent and will issue credit for any damaged goods. It's worth considering!
