Of all your candies I have purchased for Halloween this year, these are my favorites...have to keep buying them for ME! These will NOT be handed out to others, LOL.
I had never had these before, but found them to be delicious, especially when cold. Thanks!
I am very impressed on the quality and service I receive whenever we place an order. my order is always quick to deliver and the selection is the best!
I ordered 10 pounds of candy and received one pound in a plain clear bag. I contacted the company and have gotten no response. I was charged the full price for the ten pounds.
The 'big problem' is you didn't read the product description nor the online invoice emailed to you after you placed your order. Sunkist Fruit Gems, now discontinued with a future uncertain, were sold in 1 pound units as advertised. In the future, we would encourage you to review any online order after you placed it to ensure that you are getting what you are looking for. As an aside, you did opt for Onward Package Protection so we would be more than willing to file a claim on your behalf if the product is not to your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and we hope this explanation - and the two response emails - offers some clarification. Thanks!
So happy to purchase rolls of just chocolate Neccos. Haven't been able to buy them in many years.
