First, I paid for expedited delivery, but it took 5 days.
Second, I ordered 5 boxes, but only received 2.
Third, I received an email saying I didn’t report the discrepancy quickly enough. I didn’t open the box until yesterday (10/14). I wait until my grandchildren are here to open it. I never dreamed the absence of one box would, all of a sudden, become my fault. I’m extremely disappointed in your company!
