Unfortunately the candy I am ordering is backordered. However your csrs have been real good about keeping me in the loop about it. Having been retired from acompany where I was thee customer service manager I especially like good customer service.

I never received this order, got the raspberry candy and am happy with them but am very disappointed that the chocolate filled candy must have gotten lost.
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
