This is an acquired taste. Everyone I know spit out the first one they tried. After the second or third one they grow on you. I love them but don't expect sweet. They are not sugary sweet very, very light sweetness barely at all.
Indeed, these are truly an acquired taste and they do grow on you if you are willing to give them a chance. The flavoring is very European!

This is the worst I ever had..I had a terrible ammonia after taste that went up your nose.
Walmart even gave us a refund on this over rated product

Too salty to enjoy
Never had before. I enjoy licorice in many form. Put one of the candy disk and removed instantly. Hoped the salt was just a coating. Tried to lick salt off and found it is not a thin layer or dusting. Had to spit the salt out, too salty. Item is as described, X2 salt and they mean it. Sold in box of 12 bags. Would like to have been able to get single bag to taste. Currently have a new paper weight.
Thanks for sharing your experience and we are sorry the candy did not meet your expectations. This product is made in Europe using an age old formula. It is salty and that is how it is intended to be. As to whether one likes the intensity is a matter of personal preference and, again, we are sorry the candy did meet your needs.

I ordered earth day candyglobes. I was called by Ricky that they had just filled their last amount. When I told her that our ECO group was having a gathering on Eartg Day, she said she would do what she could to see if they are delivered she could get them to me on time. I assumed that would not happen, but she called to say they arrived on Friday and she would het them to m by Monday. They arrived she called the next day to see if they arrived. Her service was amazing but onto the event . They were scooped up and loved.Everyone asking where they came from. In our review the company was heralded and I was told to order twice as much next year.
In these difficult days what a beautiful,kind pleasant and delicious experience! When I called her back the owner answered and explained that service comes first. They are in business 99 years and the first candy store online in 1998.
These are difficult to find here and when we do they are NOT fresh. I was actually expecting {hoping} that these would be fresher and they absolutely are! Now I know where and who to purchase my spice drops from. Note, I have already ordered them again. I admit, I am a spice drop addict!
