I was super disappointed with these they were stale and not good at all. I was surprised because I have ordered several other things from candyfavorites but was bummed about this one.
Please accept our apologies that the Charms did not live up to expectations. They were made less than three weeks ago and are totally factory fresh. The issue with any marshmallow based product is that it will change consistency due to conditions such as heat or cold or humidity. Normally, this product should have a slight crunch but it will soften once the bag is open. As such, it is not a sign of defective or being stale but rather how it reacts to storage condition...
