IT IS FRUSTRATING THAT BRACHS CHRISTMAS CANDY IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN A TOWN THE SIZE OF RICHMOND, VA! WE ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE SMALL HARD CANDIES, ESPECIALLY THE RASBERRY (WITH JELLY CENTER) , RIBBON CANDY, & THE ONES THAT LOOKED LIKE SLICED LOGS WITH DESIGNS IN THE CENTER (CANT REMEMBER WHAT THEY WERE CALLED!). ANYWAYS, ALL THE CANDY IN LOCAL STORES IS EXACTLY THE SAME (BORING) SO WE WERE TRULY FORTUNATE TO FIND CANDYFAVORITES WHICH OFFERS ALL OF THE HARD TO FIND, OLD TIME CLASSICS!

This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
