Harry Potter came out in the late 1990s. I think you missed by about 7 decades. The "every" flavor is a bit misleading (they're all the usual Jelly Belly flavors with 5-10 additional weird ones thrown in.) Although I am rather glad they do NOT come in in every flavor.

These were one of my favorite candies growing up and my mom used to give them to us when we had upset stomach, works very well on that! There’s a different name on them but same wonderful candy!
