Although we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, we can not guarantee your order will leave the day it was placed UNLESS you opt for expedited shipping or choose RUSH PRIORITY Processing

If you opt for RUSH service, on regular orders under $69.95 or orders that qualify for FREE DELIVERY, we will see to it that your order ships the day it is received as long as the order was placed between 7:00 - 3:00 PM EST.

In the event that the order is placed after business hours it will ship the following day.

On orders placed over the weekend, this will guarantee that your order ships on Monday.

Please note that this does not change standard UPS Time in Transit nor apply to orders with Expedited Shipping.

Also, during summer months, we try not to ship Perishable Products over the weekend so if your order is placed on Friday, it may be held until the following Monday.

I never received this order, got the raspberry candy and am happy with them but am very disappointed that the chocolate filled candy must have gotten lost.

I am very happy with the order of the raspberry candies however I didn’t receive the chocolate filled hard candy that I ordered at the same time.

Hello,

This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
