I send the candy as a gift to my sister. Her complaint was that it was very warm on delivery day and she wasn't notified that a package was left so it sat in the sun for 2-3 hours. I hope in the future the delivery person can notify her the package was there.
We certainly want candy to arrive in the best condition, especially when it is a gift for a loved one, but we need to be forthright that candy is what we sell, but FedEx makes the delivery. More often than not, candy arrives in perfect condition - and if you take Onward, you are 100 percent protected if it doesn't - but we send the purchaser a tracking number to coordinate the delivery better. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery process other than choosing the safest method to ship. I ordered the Clark Bars for my son-in-laws birthday..it’s his favorite candy and I couldn’t find them, so I looked on internet and your Co. had them.

In warmer or more humid conditions, they may be softer, and in colder weather, they may be harder.
