I ordered 10 pounds of candy and received one pound in a plain clear bag. I contacted the company and have gotten no response. I was charged the full price for the ten pounds.
The 'big problem' is you didn't read the product description nor the online invoice emailed to you after you placed your order. Sunkist Fruit Gems, now discontinued with a future uncertain, were sold in 1 pound units as advertised. In the future, we would encourage you to review any online order after you placed it to ensure that you are getting what you are looking for. As an aside, you did opt for Onward Package Protection so we would be more than willing to file a claim on your behalf if the product is not to your satisfaction.
