The Swedish fish were very hard and stale. I always eat a lot of Swedish fish and they never taste that hard.. You can barely chew them. I gave a few to my dad also and he said the same thing.. They must of been really old

Great for portion control
I can't stop eating swedish fish and if you put a ten pound bag in front of me, you can rest assured that they are going to be gone sooner rather than later. Normally, I have good self discipline but it all falls apart when this candy is in the room. What makes these wrapped ones great is that they are a little harder to eat therefore creating portion control AND I can throw a few in my pocket, stow a few in my car, have some at the bottom of my purse so they are always around when a craving hits me...which it frequently does.

These are exactly what I was looking for ! Just like how I remember them , not soft in the center but the same all the way through, buttery and a mild mint . Hopefully you will co time to sell them since no one else does !
I am an x-smoker and, for 40 years or so, I have relied on chewing gum suppress the urge to smoke. Te sugar-filled brand did not work and damaged my teeth. Sugarfree gum helped me quit and I continue to chew it daily. Winterfresh is a great flavor and I often choose it.
