I ordered a bunch of various suckers. They came in non damaged and non-melted.
Was not the same candy that I ate many years ago, looks like the wrapper though...very disappointed. ...candy was ok for its own taste but not what I thought I was getting.An earlier post said the same thing but I tried anyways....oh well lesson learned
Thanks for the feedback. As discussed n the site, many candies my not taste like what what expected from the past for a variety of reasons. Taste buds and memory changes and, often, the candy has been acquired by different manufacturers or, in the case of Slo Pokes, many.... The product you received was 100 genuine and is only manufactured by one cpmpany. As such, it is the 'original' formula and the only one available. As per it tasting like it did in the past, that is wholly subjective....
I received Black Cows instead of Slo Pokes. Two message to your company have not provided any answers. Please contact me asap.

Not as good as I remember as a kid. I need the original Slo-Poke on a stick. Why doesn't the makers of Slo-Poke sell the original candy in the original form (on-stick)?

I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.

Couldn’t find these gems in any local store to me so I ordered 5 pounds they were fresh, taste was perfect and they arrived a day early!!!
