I would like to share something with you.
After contacting a couple of companies trying to get information (I have never ordered candy on-line) and therefore had some obvious questions. One in particular (to a company in FL) told me, “it’s not cold enough yet for us to keep the candy at the right temperature during shipment.” Now THAT set up a red flag and she acted like I was bothering her. Needless to say, my search continued until I dialed “CandyFavorites” after research online (great customer reviews and I know why!). A woman answered so bubbly and polite, I about fell out of my chair! An actual person with personality! Well, in explaining my dilemma of needing it by April 16th , having been delayed for almost 4 days due to illness and that it was for our special needs daughter, she immediately began asking me questions (containers using, what I was looking for, etc). She spent a great deal of time with me, even hearing her fellow employees saying goodnight! To make a LONG story short she worked with me on everything and was SO helpful with suggestions (it’s not like I ordered that much). It was a bit difficult as I wanted to make sure the candy was appropriate for all attending (nothing round that could be choked or potentially end up on the floor and someone falling/bubble gum ending up on “whatever”!). I could tell she took pride in her job, which is rare to find. I will receive my order this week and she said that if I find that it is not enough (need to put them in the containers – she did the best she could with the information that I provided) to just call and she will make sure I make my deadline.
Now, if that isn’t a wonderful, fantastic, awesome employee, I don’t know who is! You are blessed!

Hello,
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
