Ordered 21 boxes of Jelly Belly and did not receive notice that product was out of stock. I had to call to find out where my order was and pay an additional 65$ to ship priority to receive before Christmas. Customer service was very nice and I spoke with real people, but customer online ordering needs improved.
Please accepy our apologies that your order didn't go as smoothly as expected. This holiday season had many challenges with the biggest being coordinating supply chain issues. You can have tons of fun creating your own taste sensations and being able to purchase in these unique 20 flavor units makes it affordable.
