Ordered 21 boxes of Jelly Belly and did not receive notice that product was out of stock. I had to call to find out where my order was and pay an additional 65$ to ship priority to receive before Christmas. Customer service was very nice and I spoke with real people, but customer online ordering needs improved.
Please accepy our apologies that your order didn't go as smoothly as expected. This holiday season had many challenges with the biggest being coordinating supply chain issues. Everything was good. The delivery was fast and I especially liked that it was packed with ice packages and quilted aluminum blanket. The bars were fresh and delicious.
I send the candy as a gift to my sister. Her complaint was that it was very warm on delivery day and she wasn't notified that a package was left so it sat in the sun for 2-3 hours. I hope in the future the delivery person can notify her the package was there.
