Ordered 21 boxes of Jelly Belly and did not receive notice that product was out of stock. I had to call to find out where my order was and pay an additional 65$ to ship priority to receive before Christmas. Customer service was very nice and I spoke with real people, but customer online ordering needs improved.
Please accepy our apologies that your order didn't go as smoothly as expected. This holiday season had many challenges with the biggest being coordinating supply chain issues. Bought satellite wafers. These are one of my favorites. I can always find what I’m looking for. They have the greatest selection. If that don’t have it it doesn’t exist, Fast check out and delivery. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend Candyfactory for all your candy needs.

Great flavor, but the shipping and packaging could have been done better. 3 large boxes of candle shipped with 1 small foam icepack to Louisiana in August... Unless you take more care in getting the candy to me in better shape, I will not order again.

However, too many ice packs can create excessive humidity or moisture. These jelly fruit slices are some of the freshest candy I've had. They are similar to Chuckles only much softer and dusted with just the right amount of sugar. They're perfect!

The cigarettes arrived mostly intact and taste exactly how I remembered them. I refused to buy them on Amazon because of the mixed reviews from 3rd party sellers. However, this seller delivered as advertised (and with no red mold!)
