Retro candy is trendy, but it is often hard to find an assortment that highlights sweets as delicious as they are iconic.
Looking over our archives - after all, our bag candy line is over 70 years old - we have put together a medley that pays tribute to the "golden age" of candy.
The assortment consists of 10 varieties that were part of our Todd's Kiddee Favorites line, which launched in the 1950s. It was one of the first prebagged candy offerings and is as popular today as it was then. It also qualifies for Free Shipping which makes it the ideal way to try selling bag candy without having to make a large initial investment.
The candies span decades, from the late 1800s to the 1960s. Fair to say, each sweet selection has withstood the test of time!
Each order includes eight bags of the following:
Tongue Torchers - Released in 1954
Jawbusters - Released in 1919
Lemonheads - Released in 1962
Marshmallow Peanuts - Released in 1941
Bit o Honey - Released in 1924
Smarties - Released in 1949
Root Beer Barrels - Invented in the early 1900s
Satellite Wafers - Released in the 1950s
Tootsie Rolls - Released in 1896
Wintergreen Lozenges - Released in the late 1800's
As the Oldest Wholesale Candy Company in the nation, we have been selling "retro candy long before they were considering retro". To learn more about the history of candy, please click here.

Everything was good
Everything was good. The delivery was fast and I especially liked that it was packed with ice packages and quilted aluminum blanket. The bars were fresh and delicious.

Jelly fruit slices, the best!
These jelly fruit slices are some of the freshest candy I've had. They are similar to Chuckles only much softer and dusted with just the right amount of sugar. They're perfect!

Arrived as Advertised
The cigarettes arrived mostly intact and taste exactly how I remembered them. I refused to buy them on Amazon because of the mixed reviews from 3rd party sellers. However, this seller delivered as advertised (and with no red mold!)

Mild and buttery
Great mild mint taste. Melts in your mouth. Nice size too.
Bought satellite wafers. These are one of my favorites. I can always find what I’m looking for. They have the greatest selection. If that don’t have it it doesn’t exist, Fast check out and delivery. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend Candyfactory for all your candy needs.
My family was so surprised when I reordered orange and red slices.
My family was so surprised when I reordered orange and red slices. Made the whole family happy.
Hi there! Thank you for your review. We are thrilled to hear that our orange and red slices brought happiness to your family. Nothing is better than knowing our candy is enjoyed by all. Happy snacking, and thank you for choosing CandyFavorites.com!
Great flavor, but the shipping and packaging could have been done better. 3 large boxes of candle shipped with 1 small foam icepack to Louisiana in August... Unless you take more care in getting the candy to me in better shape, I will not order again.
We are sorry the candy did not arrive in the expected condition. All packages are inspected before release to ensure the candy is in perfect condition, and we do our best to provide the proper amount of ice packs to prevent damage. However, too many ice packs can create excessive humidity or moisture. With that said, we offer a package protection option at checkout that provides full coverage in the event your candy is not in perfect condition. We hope this explanation sheds light, and we would not want to lose a valued customer like yourself. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of ervice or offer personal guidance on how to best hip your package! Sincerely, Jon H.PRINCE / President
