Orbit Gum

Did you know that the Earth orbits around the sun every 365.256363 days and that astronaut John Glenn was the first astronaut to orbit the Earth? Now that we have your attention with some out of this world trivia, let’s shift focus and talk about one of the best tasting sugar free gums on this planet.

Every great product has a claim to fame and the highest honor that could be bestowed on a piece of candy or chewing gum is to have the American Dental Associations seal of approval and this distinct honor - in our humble opinion, this is akin to being given knighthood in the UK – was awarded to Orbit Gum in 2011.

An often overlooked fact, and great piece of trivia, is that Wrigley first used the Orbit name when the gum was offered in 1944. It took another 32 years for this gum to morph into the first sugar free gum which was sold exclusively in Europe.

Although this gum was extremely popular, it took another 25 years for it to become available in the United States which leads us to believe that all good things come to those who wait.

Now available in a variety of classic and funky flavors, one thing remains the same and that is that each piece will leave you with that “just brushed feeling” or so the saying goes…
