The Necos were delivered in a timely fashion and are a perfect half-way between hard and soft - easy on your teeth! I was very pleased!

I grew up in my
I grew up in my Mom's corner grocery store, during WW II. Candy was scarce. My 1st recollection of Neccos was in the early 60s, commuting. They lasted longer than others, but NO chocolate rolls. In the 70s, my Mgr. had a roll of chocolates.
I had to 'beg' to find out where he got them. A nearby conv. store had them, under the counter. I was directed to 'ask'..."for 1"...hooked! Left the area in the 80s, and that source.
Now, in FL, retired, found them again in 2011. In 2013, 2 ladies asked to sample mine...oops, they wanted MORE. In 2014, that 'source' could not get chocolate rolls. Checked the Internet, no luck. Called Necco but, pre-Xmas was bad time. Back to the Internet, & found your Co. Ordered 1 box of choc. 'rolls'; got a 'bag' of Halloween size 'minis'. OK! Can now share with the 2 'married' ladies.

I ordered $112.47 worth of candy and did not receive the 5 lb bag of sugar free root beer candy!! I have not received a credit on my credit card yet!! My bill should be $67.33! I need a refund for the candy I didn’t receive, please!!!
We apologize for any inconvenience and would certainly never bill a customer for a product not received. With that said, you were not charged for what you didn't receive, but there is often a delay wth the banks returning funds. It is as frustrating to us as it is to the consumer. Despite the timeliness of our correction, we have no control over how the banks or credit card companies operate or the timeliness of the refund on their end.
