Guest I ordered the bulk 3 lb. Necco brand conversation hearts. They arrived in record time and were exactly as described not to mention fresh. These candy hearts bring back childhood memories for me. I was happy to get them. It is sad to think they may not be made in the future.

Diana My husband bought these for me, thinking he was going to surprise me with the Necco conversation hearts I can no longer find in stores. They are OK, BUT they ARE NOT the original Necco flavors or texture. The Necco's I love are those "chalky-like" texture hearts. I will say, I'd rather have the Sweetheart brand over Brach's.
Thanks for sharing your comments. The debate of Necco Sweethearts versus Brach's Conversation Hearts has been going on since time eternal and everyone has their opinion, none right or wrong. The conversation hearts you received are classic Sweethearts and the last 'original' batch ever made. Over the years, the flavor and formula have changed but they still are delicious and let's cross our fingers that this last batch is not the 'end of an era'.
