false advertising, really slow and i paid five dollars extra for a rush/priority, the box said...
False advertising, really slow, cheated me out of five dollars for extra shipping which the box was marked as RUSH/PRIORITY. First i noticed it took my rush/priority box, two days before this company even shipped it! Jen, a representative, wrote me, that the fee isn't to rush you mailing time, or the priority part, checked, and charged for, it meant they would move my box around in the warehouse. There was nothing, after you check the rush/priority box, five dollars more charged, mentioned about it meaning that itvwiukd still set around in their warehouse for two more days, before being sent by snail mail.....8 days, from the time I ordered my RUSH/Priority package to conceivably, maybe, be delivered in eight days. I put the rush/priority fee on, believing that would get my dad his fathers day mints in California, faster than eight days, three days after the holiday. I am very dissapointed, and will never use, or recommend your services, again. This is Sunday, fathers day and it still wont arrive until maybe Wednesday. No explanations except that the fee was for moving it up in the warehouse, two days, after I ordered it, with no apologies or how can we fix this, mentioned. Needles to say, I would not pay the extra five dollars. Buyer, beware!

My product was shipped to my OLD address, even though I corrected it in the ship too when checking out. Customer Support was of NO HELP. My grandchildren did not get the "Frozen" movie, pez candy I ordered. I have made many purchases from this company but will be looking for someone more reliable. If this had happen when I ordered for my future daughter in laws bridal shower I would have flipped. DON'T shop here.
