Brachs Chocolate Covered Cherries was a family Christmas tradition. We all received a box with a new $50 slid under the wrapper. I will be really sad to see an amazing tradition come to an end. Please reconsider keeping them on as an annual option even if only for online ordering.

and here's the sad news, Brachs didn't make the product for the 2019 season and it may be discontinued. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this isn't true!

Candy arrived melted. A company that ships candy should know how to ship it so it arrives in usable condition.

Terrible service policy
My cherry cordials came packed in a cold bag, with two ice packs and was completely melted. When I complained, I was told that I should have paid extra to get more cold packs and since I didn't I was out of luck. This is pathetic customer service.
This customer spent $30 on 3 boxes of melted candy. Can't eat it, can't give it as the gift I intended, can't get my money back.

Terrible unless you like a big melted blob
Worst shippers in the world. No knowledge of how to properly protect a product for shipment. They ship in cardboard box instead of insulated cooler like EVERY OTHER company that ship a perishible product. Avoid.
We appreciate your comments and have to inform you that we offer several options for hot weather protection advertised on EVERY product page. We do the best we can to safely ship product but in the summer there is a risk and we also do our best to address that too. Please accept our apologies that our shipment or our packaging did not meet your expectations...

As the East Coast is under a 'Heat Dome,' we have had to make last-minute decisions on what to ship and what not to ship to deal with excessive heat, ensuring that your candy arrives in perfect condition. Rush Service doesn't change the time in transit, but it does ensure that your package is released as soon as possible. Normally, shipping is almost immediate, but with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees, which makes the inside of a Fed Ex truck approximately 30 degrees warmer, we have experienced delays. Thanks for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your candy once it finally arrived!

The red ones aren't my favorite. And the green ones are not good. The rest I like but, not enough to buy them again.

I Snaps by the POUND!!!
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.
