Shame Candy Favorites does not carry the advertised product
It is a shame that every time I have ordered multiple items half of my order is cancelled due to the product is no longer carried. The Jelly Belly Sunkist Fruit Gems Bars is the latest example.
Dan, please accept my apologies for inconvenience as I can surely appreciate your frustration. We use a rolling inventory and it is not perfect but it is about as accurate as anything we have tried. Per the Sunkist Gem Bars, we had notification that they were due on our order from the manufacturer but, alas, when the order arrived, they were marked out without prior notification!

I ordered on the 18
I ordered on the 18 of September and have not received my candy yet. I called on the 24th of September and was told that the jelly belly Sunkist fruit gems bars were out of stock and that I had been sent an email, Never received. Was told They would send my remaining order on September 28. The very next day, the 25th of September I received a message that my order had been shipped on Monday the 21st and received a tracking number which was invalid. I would be glad to give a review if I ever receive my candy. My credit card has been charged, but I haven't received the merchandise. My 1st order with this company and I can't say I'm happy with what has happened so far.

I hadn't seen these in years so I ordered a box. Now, even though the box had cooling pouches inside and the box plainly said protect from heat, the FedEx delivery placed them on a sidewalk in the 90 degree desert sun. Not the vendors fault.
