At CandyFavorites.com., we want you to be comfortable ordering your favorite candies whether it is by mail, online or phone.
Below are various ways that you can order, as well as a list of guidelines as to what to look for when ordering from an online company.
MAIL:
If you would like to pay with a certified check or money order, we ask that you go through the online ordering process until you get to the page that reads, “You will now be directed to enter your payment details. Payment may be made by credit card or check.”

ONLINE ORDERING:
Orders can be placed online, at any time, via our certified secure server in a totally secure PCI Compliant setting.
All orderings information is treated confidentially and we do not, under any circumstance, share or sell information.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:
We do ship overseas but our minimum order is $500 and must be paid for by bank wire transfer prior to the order being processed.
We are not able to provided shipping quotes until after the order has been packed and we encourage larger orders as the cost of shipping can easily be as much as the order on small orders.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
In the event that a product is unavailable, you will not be charged for said item.In the event that an item is out of stock and your order is over $69.95, we will ship the balance at no charge.
If you have chosen Expedited Shipping, the balance of your order will be shipped and you will not be charged for the portion of shipping that reflects the out of stock item.
With over 2800 products, we are unable to guarantee that all products are in stock. All orders are fulfilled on a first come basis and we do not make promises, real or implied, as to availability of merchandise.
As per out of stock items, unless specifically requested in the Notes Section of your order, we are unable to notify you if an item is unavailable prior to shipping
Please note that we do not backorder out of stock items and should you reorder, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping if your order does not meet the guidelines of our Free Shipping Promotion.
PAYMENT:
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa as well as Certified Checks and Money Orders.
We do not accept personal checks nor do we accept purchase orders.
If you would like to pay by business check, please contact us prior to placing your order.

If you need a large quantity of candy or have complicated shipping needs, we encourage you to contact us at (888) 525-7577 as our specialists will be happy to guide you through the ordering process.
Operators are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 Eastern Standard Time.
Messages left after normal business hours will be returned the following business day.
If you are ordering by phone, we ask that you provide the item number that corresponds to the desired candy product. For example, the item number for caramel creams is 1230.
WHOLESALE ORDERS:
We are one of the oldest wholesale candy companies in the nation and would be honored to be your distributor.
Our minimum order is $500 and in order to qualify for wholesale pricing, we may request a state licensed resale certificate.
We are happy to ship to multiple locations but do not offer drop shipping for other online candy stores.
