I ordered $112.47 worth of candy and did not receive the 5 lb bag of sugar free root beer candy!! I have not received a credit on my credit card yet!! My bill should be $67.33! I need a refund for the candy I didn’t receive, please!!!

With that said, you were not charged for what you didn't receive, but there is often a delay wth the banks returning funds. It is as frustrating to us as it is to the consumer. Despite the timeliness of our correction, we have no control over how the banks or credit card companies operate or the timeliness of the refund on their end.
