My mom has always been a huge fan of Hershey’s Choc (both candy AND their unsweetened baking chocolate / powder form. She’s a baker) and has plans to be cremated upon her death. She has many times joked she’d like to have the empty Hersheys canister to house her ashes. I know, sorta creepy but she really does love choc (Hershey’s) that much! Lol
If I were to win the gift certificate, I’d buy something fun for my mom and something for my son! My son is into making candies w me and we do lots of choc dipped everythings.

I work in human resoruces in a large office and spend a good part of my day counseling people about work concerns, career anxiety, and even their personal lives. I have always had a candy jar on my desk, and it eases the pain and encourages people to visit me. I am sometimes convinced I wouldn’t have a job without my candy jar–and I am not going to test it to find out!

My son has a birthday coming up on March 6 and would love to treat his 4th Grade Class to sweet treats from Candy Favorites for his 10th birthday! He LOVES all types of candy and wants to share his love of candy with his classmates. So….we would definitely buy something to share with his entire class.

Also…a funny candy story? When I first met my husband, he bought me a LARGE bag of chocolate with nuts…..anyway, the demure me…said “oh, thank you…I just can’t….I’m on a “diet”………….well….the next day, he asked me “so…did you try the candy??” I said, embarrased…………”yes….I ate the ENTIRE bag”. He loved that I wasn’t shy. 13 years of marriage later……….he still buys me candy/chocolate that disappears overnight!!!

They Say Chocolate nurishes the soul…well I figure Body and Soul both need nurishing. So I plan to purchase some yummy treats to create the perfect nurishing spa experience… a chocolate mud bath like they have at the hershey spa, a fruit flavored sweet and sour facial mask sounds delish! Maybe even a licorice lace body wrap! The possibilities and flavors are endless! After sampling some sweet success with my own spa treatments maybe i can even venture to offer them to others…so that one by one we can spread the sweet feeling till the whole world is COVERED in Candy!!! πŸ™‚

What a great contest! And thanks for NOT putting it on Facebook: I’m not on Facebook, so I can/will never enter Facebook contests (you know, the “like us and win” kind).

    My dilema:

Every night after dinner I ask my wife, “do you want something sweet?”

Nine times out of ten she says, “yes.”

Then I say, “What are you in the mood for?”

Then I wait as she thinks. And, as she thinks, I take a mental inventory of what candy/sweets we have. I never tell her exactly what we have, because then she would for SURE say that she’s in the mood for something different. Not out of malice, mind you, but just because that’s the way it is. Still, 9 times out of ten she says she’s in the mood for something I don’t have. You can do the math, but I’m lucky if I have what she’s in the mood for once every two weeks. I try to be a good husband, but what I need is more variety! More variety, but also smaller portions, so the candy won’t go bad waiting to be chosen and eaten. And especially of sugar-focused candies, since she’s more often in the mood for those than for chocolate. Of course, whenever I have absolutely no chocolate in the house….. well, you know. Anyway, with your $50 of free candy, I’d buy your large retro candy gift package for her. Then I’d have to add $10-15 or so of stuff *I* like, to feed *my* internal candy monster, of course, but also to qualify for free shipping (free shipping, you see, being my excuse to buy candy for myself).

Thanks again for a great contest!

When I was small I use to walk from my aunts house in New Castle, Pa. to the corner drug store with a nickle to buy a Mallo Cup. I could only do this while we visited her as they were not availible here in South Fl. Every now and then then I would get a dime and buy the duo pack. It’s been 50 years since then and some of my fondest childhood memories were of those walks to the store. Even my Dads store couldn’t get them because they were not availible for him to order. If I were to win the gift certificates I know exactly what I’d order. In 1962 I could get 1000 for $50, today with inflation not as many but it would be as close to heaven as I could get!

I use to buy candy snakes for my nephew on this website. Cost over 30 dollars for 12, but they were worth it. Nephew is now 14, and still loves the snakes. But since my company closed us down, I can no longer afford them. I would love to win so I can “turn him on” to all the candy that me and his mom (my sister) grew up with. Turkish Taffy, chewy mint jullips, and of course his fav, the SNAKES! Some things you just never grow out of, and eating good candy is a family tradition for all of us!

Ever since i saw the movie willy wonka, i knew thats what i wanted to do. In my spare time i try to create new and unusual forms of our favorite candy. some of friends have even taken to calling me wonka. and i am so serious about my wonka fascinating i have it permeantly etched on my arm. just send me an email i’ll send you a photo if you like. and in closing id like to say that if I am chosen to be the winner, i will put the candy to much more use then Just eating it, and I will share the Joy of candyfavorites.com with all my friends!

I own a sporting goods store next to a dance studio. Part of my business plan was to have a C store in the front of my store for impulse buying and to draw some of the dancers in. I have gotten many compliments over the years for my variety. Candy Favorites has helped me continue offering items that people can\’t find, or never knew exited. My personal favorite is the Ice Cube. I have a whole new generation hooked on this smooth Chocolate treat. Some of the older customers remember the wrapper being silver and blue, and think that the packaging has been updated, but I let them know that when I was buying them in the sixties, they looked as they do today. I hope I win so I can pass that story along as well while I sell my treats.

Your post was sweet & very thoughtful; however, I am a grandmom to five youngsters whose parents are going thru a tumultuous divorce. They need a little sweetness in their lives right now and look to me for that. Not only do I love them with all my heart and soul, but I tend to spoil them with candy treats from Candy Favorites. They especially like retro candy from when I was a child, like wax soda bottles, Sixlets and marshmallow ropes, and like hearing the stories I tell them of my childhood when I ate those types of candies. If I won the $50 gift certificate, I would let them choose the candy they’d like most to have and maybe share memories of them with their own grandkids some day.

I have for over 25+ years a candy dish (sometimes two) at my dish. I am often called The Candy Lady. Someone once asked me if I had a connection with a candy distributor because it is alway filled, LOL. I have made few friends by people stopping by and getting a piece of candy over the years. I am always on the search for candy for my office and for chopping up and putting in brownies, cookies and cupcakes. I am always expermienting with all kinds of candy for baking purpose and have my friends and co-worker as my testers. I would use the gift certificate to further my baking dreams. People often ask me why I always have my candy dish filled so much and bring in so many goods. It is because I love candy and I love sharing with people.

The Brach’s Ice Blue Mint Coolers that I buy are very appreciated by the teachers at schools I work at. I bribe them and they help me line up the children when I set up the groups to photograph, but get in the way when I try to instruct them while sucking on one. They don’t seem to understand what I’m saying, and I can’t offer them one, or I would have to have 30 or so in my pocket.
Please let ME win the $50 Sweet Certificate so I can reward all those teachers (and PTA volunteers) who want the children to look terrific when the photos are printed.

One time when I was about seven I was coming out of the local 7-11 when this man pulled in to use the pay phone. He reached in his pocket and pulled out a bunch of change dropping most of it. I stuck around until he finished his call and to my surprise he left it on the ground, I started to pick it up when the manager came out. I thought he was going to yell at me so I started walking away. He turned the corner and yelled Hey! look what I found, holding up a dime, help me pick this up. I had about $5 in change which he let me keep and I went in the store and spent every penny on candy. when I got home my mom thoght I had stolen it so she drove me back to the store, luckily the same manager was there so he told her how I got the money to buy it. Whew! that day it really paid to be honest.

Being from a large family, cookies, pies, cakes and sweets were a treat that we rarely saw outside of a friends birthday party so Halloween was a gift from above for us kids. As soon as the sun dropped over the sunset we had a local parade and costume contest that we were obliged to enter. My three older sisters would dress my like a hobo with tattered clothing and a cigar butt on a toothpick. They used a burnt cork to give me a beard. Once I did win the contest and got a model plane as a prize. But the real work was seeing how many houses we could hit before 9 pm our cut off. We didn\’t walk we ran from house to house, we used a pillow case because our bags or jack o lanterns used to break from the weight. I used to arrive home triumpant with a 12 or 13 lb sack of goodies which my sisters took their cut from because they had to stay home and give out candy. My goal was to get enough candy to last me to Valentines day, I never made it but it was sure fun trying!

The gift certificate would be an important component in supporting my habit so that I am not forced to rob banks or attack old women and children, “stealing candy from the mouths of babies”. Thus, awarding me the $50 credit would not only be a help to me, but would be a preventive measure that would be a community service.

I am a nurse and single mother of 4 beautiful children ages 11, 9, 13months and 6 weeks. At my job the nurses bring candy and place it in a large bowl at our nurses statiuon, where we all grab a few pieces just as a quck pick me up when we are running on the floor. Since I have recently given birth to a newborn, making my total number of children…a whopping 4!! I wiill soon be returning to work and I would love to spread the sweets around to my 2 older children for helping mommy out with the babies and also be able to fill the candy bowl at least a few times at work to my fellow nurses

We have two candy dishes here at the funeral home. One is filled with Cinnamon Disks and the other is with Peppermint Candies. I also keep candy for the children in the office and take them in and give them candy. While they are eating the candy, we have a little time in which we talk about losing their “grandma, grandpa, or whomever.” Then when they leave, we send a little more with them. This way they get a little sweet to help them through a hard time. Thanks for making it easy to order more when we need it!

Candy reminds me of my Dad who passed away four years ago. He always had a sweet tooth and had certain kids of candy he loved. Idaho Spud candy bars, was one of his favorites. They are very hard to find, and I think of him whenever I see them. I personally love French Burnt Peanuts and am unable to find them in my area. I also supply the office with a candy dish full of assorted candy bars. My coworkers come in for one and it puts a smile on their face when they are having a bad day.

Hi I would like to win the $50 worth of free candy! I found your Co. about a year and a half ago. I suffer from spine damage witch happened in 2009. Thanks to a great neurologist I am now able to walk. The medicine I am prescribed causes extreme dry mouth ( the products on the market were not strong enough to cure my dry mouth) but Zots are. After I discovered this I looked on line to find a bulk supply and I found your company. I have been fighting for disability for over two years and after spending most of my life savings I am now having to claim bankruptcy (do to medical debt) and can not afford to buy zots at this time. I am hopping if I win it will get me threw until I get approved. Thank You for your time.

I spend several days a week working in a classroom for 8-year-olds with Autism, intellectual disabilities, or pervasive developmental disorders. These beautiful children have tremendous difficulties learning, relating to others, and understanding the world around them. So, finding ways to communicate meaning and teach skills can be challenging, and we are always looking for ways to engage and motivate them. One of the best ways to do so is to provide a very salient reward immediately upon completion of a challenging task: Candy! We reward their every move. Write the letter “A”? Award! Say “good morning”? Award! Make eye-contact? Award! Needless to say, we go through a LOT of candies. Pez and smarites are favorites, as a little bit can go a long way – but our kids also LOVE dum-dums, bubble gum, and crabby-patties. Our candy supply can cost a lot throughout the year – but the value of watching a child learn to communicate with and understand the world around them? Priceless.

I knew my 90 yr. old mother loved candy but didn’t know how much until I was looking for some paper to write on. Every other drawer on her desk had candy in it. I had ordered some Reese’s cups from you last year for her and she still had some of them stashed away. She had even put some in the freezer for later. She is now running low on her stash and I would like to replenish it for her.

When I was 10, I had my first taste of freedom–on Saturdays I was allowed to walk to the library all by myself. I loved it, but soon the thrill of looking at National Geographic, and Mad magazine wore off and I started venturing into the businesses around the library. One day I hit the jack pot when I found our local save-on. To my amazement I found an entire isle of candy! I would spend my afternoons admiring the abazabas, necco wafers, marathon bars, etc. I soon stopped spending my lunch money on lunch–I would save it all week long to splurge on candy on Saturdays. I discovered Pop Rocks, Pacers, Starbursts, Snickers, and Big Hunks.

One Day after Valentine’s Day my heart skipped a beat when I discovered a basket full of candy 50% off!!! I stocked up on conversation hearts, cinnamon hearts, cherry gummy hearts and of course chocolates. I walked around with a big smile on my face for weeks basking in my good fortune. I learned from my good fortune and soon began saving for the after Easter bonanza that I had imagined.

The first Saturday after Easter I got up early, concerned that almost a week had gone by–I feared there would be no sale candy left. When I arrived I was overjoyed I found 3 baskets and to my amazement they were now 75% off!!! I bought robins eggs(my favorite), spiced jelly beans, regular jelly beans, marshmallow bunnies, peeps, chocolate bunnies. I actually bought more than I could carry–I barely mad it back to the library, where I had to call my Dad for a ride home-of course I had brought an extra back pack to hide my stash.

I spent all day that Sunday hiding my stash I taped bags under each of my dresser drawers, I had bags taped to the bottom of my night stand and shoved into a whole I had found in my mattress. When I wasn’t eating my candy I was dreaming about it–I was so happy about my good fortune.

Two weeks after Easter my class went on a week long trip to Washing ton D.C. to help celebrate the Centennial. I was a star–I kept my entire class fed with Easter candy. I didn’t mind sharing because I new I still had bags and bags waiting for me at home. When I returned I stood in the doorway to my room in sheer horror. While I was away my Mother redecorated my room. Every piece of furniture was replaced –while I should have been thrilled at my gorgeous new room–I lived in terror. For weeks every time my Mom called my name shivers ran down my spine–was this it–was she finally going to confront me?

My Mother never said a word. I of course lived in terror contemplating was this a test–was she giving me the chance to come clean and confess? Where and how must she have imagined –did I get all that candy? To this day I can’t imagine what happened—it wouldn’t be possible to remove the furniture and not find my stash–it was all taped to the underside of things. When you picked it up to carry it out you would discover bags of candy taped to the bottom—dozens of bags!!! A good 25 years later I asked my Mother–and she insisted she didn’t remember finding any candy.

I should win—because you could help replace my lost candy treasure from long ago!

If I were to win the $50 I would use it to send my mom and dad’s favorite candy to them. Dad’s favorite candy is very hard to find, but CandyFavorites always has it in stock. Dad loves the Coconut Crunch Peanut Butter Logs. We used to be able to buy them at flea markets. Mom and Dad live in Missouri now and I still live in Florida. I spent a few weekends a couple of years ago visiting the many flea markets around to find dad’s favorite candy and had no luck. So I went on line and low and behold I find dad’s favorite candy at http://www.Candyfavorites.com. So now I send him some for special occasions, like his birthday (4th of July) or Easter or just to let him know I love him. Mom loves the Haribo Gummi Bears. These can be bought in stores, but she doesn’t treat herself often. It is so wonderful to send a little love across the miles with CandyFavorites help. Did I mention my mom and dad are so special to me because I was Blessed with a second set of parents almost 28 years ago? When I needed to feel loved and a part of a family, mom and dad took me in and have always treated me like I am truly one of their own. I would love to let them know how much I love them and how truly grateful I am for all these years of unconditional love. Dad’s birthday will be here before we know it, but it would be awesome to be able to send the treats early by winning this contest from a company that has the best candy favorites to choose from. Thanks CandyFavorites for helping me over the past few years brighten my parents day with a special gift of their absolute candy favorites! You Rock!!!

There are three reasons why I should receive the free $50 cert. (I won’t speak about the love of candy because who doesn’t?). The first is my daughter is getting married and is planning to do a candy table at the reception. Obviously if we are picking items off your site because we had a free $50 certificate we would purchase the rest of the candy since we are already there.
Secondly being part of a large church I would certainly be recommending Candy Favorites.
Lastly I love Candy Favorites and would like to be enticed to purchase lots of candy from you and not someone else.

They light up when I bring out a bowl of candies that reminde them of being a child and of home. It gives them the boost to continue their two years helping poor underdeveloped countries.
I buyand give the candies because is gives me pleasure to help them when they need a boost. It would be nice if for once I had a “backer”. But I will continue this tradition, because it helps both them and me.

I have been a “candy fanatic” my entire life. Chocolates, hard candies, taffy, hard or soft, sweet or sour, I’ve always had a sweettooth. And my son, taking after Dad has got the “candy jones” too! I’ve had some medical issues the last couple of years, so candy was either, out, or hard to get to By the grace of God I’m much better, so my son and I get to spend our weekends together now. Before my illness I would surprise him with treats of candy, which he got a kick out of! Now that he’s older he always chides his Mom to get Dad a treat when she brings him by so we can continue to share that happiness. Tight as things are right now, the free candy sure would be a great way for me to thank my son for his kindness. He’ll be 12 this March!.

I went to get me a drink at the cafeteria in the hospital when I seen the Angel Mints on the counter for 2cents a piece. I bought several because I believe in Angels and felt they would help my husband get well quickly.
When I got back to his room he had a new room mate that had just settled in and his wife had a terrible nerveous cough. I gave her a couple mints and they help her right away.
Over a year has gone by and my husband is blood clot free and those mints are still in our house. I have bought them several times thru Candy Favorites and they are the best ever. If you have a cough or indigestion. They are amazing and sent from Heaven above.
I hope I win this contest because I need to order more mints soon.

    Sincerly,
Denise Arlene Flechner From Linthicum, Maryland

We can’t all be winners, but we can all be happy finding our favorite candy at candyfavorites.com – which is the place where I go to find my favorite candy, Bonomo’s Turkish Taffy, in my favorite flavor, banana, at reasonable prices. If you ask me where is my favorite place to eat my favorite candy I’d have to say any place at all – but if you ask me where’s my favorite place to order my favorite candy I’d tell you there’s only one -candyfavorites.com!

If I were to win the $50 certificate I would buy a lot of chocolate and atomic fireballs. I would eat the atomic fireball and when it gets hot I can use the chocolate to cool my tongue down. I would also share it with my friends and family. After thinking about it maybe not.

OH MY GOD!! I should win because I loooooove candy. The older candy you can get just brings back memories of my childhood. The memories are of warm and fun times we all had as children growing up. Its great to have these memories come back. It makes life much more easier to enjoy when I see the candy I can get from my childhood.

I would love to win the $50. It would help my marriage as my husband is always giving me grief when the large dental bill comes in due to my “excessive wear of my teeth” due to those yummy Rainblo gumballs. It is worth it to sit in excruciating pain in the dentist office because I don’t think I can give them up. I am hooked! Even my friends kid me about having “gumballs ” in my purse when we go out. They are really good on the way home:)

Puns make my eyes bleed. I should win the certificate because I like candy. I like it a whole lot. I stand in the candy aisle in the supermarket and weep because I can’t buy it all. Then I usually end up with Junior Mints and SnoCaps.

When we were little, my big brother used to beat up on me all the time. His favorite candy was Hershey’s chocolate bars. One day when he wasn’t looking, I substituted Exlax for the real thing and gave it to him. Guess I got “sweet revenge”!!!

I think I should get the candy because I wouldn’t even have to think for a nano second I would IMMEDIATELY trade it in for ice cubes. Without a doubt the best chocolate in the world! I used to be able to buy them randomly all over Rockford Il where I was born and raised but since I now live in the desert noboby is brave enough to have them because they will melt in a nano second here. I have been known to order them myself just because it is so difficult to go without them. the 50.00 would only help me out I’m certain I would order a truckload if I could.

I should win because I give the candy away to friends, customers and acquintences. I mail Jelly Beans, chocolates or some other sweet with a card and short note thanking them for just being good people or mentioning something they do that is appreciated by myself or others that they come incontact with. In the note I also ask them to make someone smile.

I think I should get the candy because I would send some to my nephews who are in college. They have always loved the Haribo gummy bears. And, I would send my mom chocolate, as she loves chocolate. You know, the kind….give me chocolate and no one gets hurt! That’s how much she loves it. My dad loves licorice and I would give him a few different varieties. My brother loves jawbreakers. When we were younger, he used to get the fire balls and loved them. I always thought there were too hot! And I would send something to my sister, not sure which one, but I know I can find something yummy on your site. Thank you for the opportunity.

Have a wonderful week with all the candy you get to eat!

Candy always brings us back to our childhood when we first experienced the forbidden love of sugar. I use to trick my father by telling him I wanted to go to Sunday school, but instead after he dropped me off I would take the dollar meant for the plate and went to the store and got 50 cents worth of penny candy, 2 boxes of 25 cent cherry clans and a Freezee. To bad it didn’t last, apparently adults like to talk, something my 10 year old self didn’t quite understand yet ha ha.

I miss Penny Candy, I would love to win 50 dollars worth of candy, I would get the bulk bag of penny candy with enough left over for rootbeer barrels mmmMMMM

I think I deserve the $50 so I could bathe in a bathtub full of delicious cut rock hard candy. I cannot find it anywhere around here in the DC area so when I found it on your site I ordered enough to last for a long time. I am already out so I am craving it. $50 for all the cut rock candy I could imagine? What a dream!

Because your old-fashioned candy reminds me of a sweet memory about my dad. Every Friday night he’d play a couple games of pool with the fellas. Then he’d come home with treats — either six candy bars (6 for $1, and this price is not a typo) or a couple pounds of bulk candy. Peanut clusters were his favorite, and sometimes he’d get them filled with vanilla cream. He’d also bring bridge mix for Mom. I’d usually pick out the malted milk balls. Brach’s are still the best.

I was born 1945, Iv’e been eating candy since 1946, with (3) siblings, my dad use to work for a major company on graveyard. After work he would, take a shower, buy alot of candy from the candy machine, wrap it in his work clothes and bring it home, as he walked threw the front door he would then throw the clothes in the middle of the floor, at which time all of us would dive on top of the clothes and scatter it all over the floor, and grab all the candy as fast as we all could, like a super fun ritual, I remember the KITS, Chuckles, B.B. Bats, Holliwood, Big time, And some that I don’t even remember, What Memories. If I won the $50 I would buy all these old and wonderful Candies AGAIN.

Each year around the Lenten church season our young girls can you believe this…make us give up candy until the Easter Bunny arrives. Well today is day 5 and I am really missing my after dinner, late night and whenever sweet treat. Fat Tuesday seems so long ago…if I had $50 in a future order of candy that I could look forward to I know would be able to make it til Easter or at least until I can place my order with Candy Favorites on February 27th!

Everyone (Managment staff and employees) in my office (aka Sugartown) has come to expect Big Daddy to keep his candy jar full for their MID AFTERNOON STRESS RELIEF…the king size bars stay in a special place for real emergencies. So each afternoon I have a steady steam of people coming in to my office to vent about their daily stress and grab a candyfavoites.com treat. I am not reimbursed for the candy I buy and I could really use the $50 to reload my stress buster arsenal with Hershey’s assortment, Peppermint Patties & Sugar Free. BD (Willow Grove Park Mall).

I think I should win, because in 1970, at the age of six, I was diagnosed as a Type 1 insulin dependant diabetic. For 41 years, I watched other people enjoy Easter, Halloween, and Valentine’s Day treats, while I was counting carbs, taking shots, and testingmy blood sugar four times a day. Last May,I received a pancreas transplant, so Iam no longer a diabetic. I can now enjoy all of the delicious treats, that I only got to look at, and on a few special occasions, sample a small taste. I don’t even know what I would order, because I have only used this site to order gifts for friends, but I would love a chance to find some things to enjoy myself!

As a current New Yorker but Pittsburgh native, I found Candy Favorites and order from the site whenever I can– my company loves the candy and I always see the ‘Pittsburgh hospitality’ shining through. I am in a wedding in July in Pittsburgh, and I’ll be ordering all of the shower candy through CandyFavorites–the bridesmaids love the look and the candy, and I can’t wait! I would love to put the gift certificate towards my friend’s special day.

I think my company should receive the $50 of candy. We provide free field trips to the 4th grade elementary classes who teach about Utah Lake. We have over 800 students come over a 3 day field trip period. We pay for their buses and help with the curriculum they teach. We have provided Swedish Fish for them to take home to remember their lake experience. This contest would help defray the costs we go through to help students become aware of their environment — so it would be used for students, not me!

Before 2009 I used to order lots of candy from your company every 3 to 4 months. I work for a very diverse group consisting of people from all over the US as well as over 20 countries. I used to order lots of Pez and bubble gum to fill the every growing Pez collection at my desk and the cute old fashioned gum ball machine. I also ordered regional candies and old time treats. Those candies were wonderful conversation starters with both colleagues and clients. It’s amazing how people bond over candies, talking about their childhood, trick-or-treating, how other countries have similar candies or the same ones with different names, how lots of people don’t realize that their childhood favorites can still be found (almost every day I would mention your website to someone). The candies were a great way to keep everyone busy and put them in a good mood while waiting for meetings with our boss. Now the Pez dispensers are empty, the gum ball machine looks lonely and the great conversations are no more. We work longer hours, all hopeful that the economy will turn around soon. If I win the $50 I would buy gum, Pez and an assortment of classic candy to cheer people up and hopefully give them a taste of their childhood and of things to come when things get better and we can order candy like we used to. Thanks!

My sister and I have been searching for YEARS for Black Cow candy. I finally found them on here, and had them sent to her. She was ECSTATIC to say the least! We used to visit the corner drugstore and get one every week.

Also, my father LOVES brach’s malted milk balls – doesn’t like the competition. But one day, he couldn’t find them anymore. I found them on here and sent him a 5 lb box. He was so excited!!! Now I tell everyone about this website so that they can find their own favorites!!

We treat 800 4th graders to a field trip to Utah Lake covering three days. We are a nonprofit organization who wants to restore Utah Lake to a pristine condition. Part of that is educating the public, and have created a curriculum for Utah County Schools to use and participate in. If they use the curriculum, we treat them to a field day at the lake, an all day affair. As they leave we give them Swedish Fish to remember the event. We also have a free, public “Utah Lake Festival” on the first Saturday of June where 3,000-4,000 people come to see the lake, fish and visit the booths, again leaving with a piece of candy or Swedish fish. I would use the money to help defray the costs incurred for these great events.

was wondering if you had picked a winner for the 50 bucks of candy, i live in a small mountian town high in the colorado rockies, and the it’s THE COMMERCIALS!!! they tell you about all the new tasty things! here in fraser,Co. there aren’t too many places to get decent treats,as all we got are 2 stores here. they don’t stock the safeway very well up here and every new candy they advertise, you have to drive to denver to get, and that’s 80 miles away, i seldom leave my little mountian town,so goodies are few and far in between, one of the problems in living in a town of 910 residents, but if i were to win, i wouldn’t have to drive 80 miles to get the treats that seldom make it over the pass, please pick me , before i die of candy starvation, thanks karin wrape

The Hope Lodge is a home away from home for patients receiving cancer treatment and their caregivers in NYC. Hope Lodge is sponsored by the American Cancer Society. Individually wrapped hard candies are a welcome treat for people receiving chemo therapy. Having lived there with my son for 4 months I know how much patients enjoyed the candy provided by others or the Hope Lodge.
