Fundraising Candy Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY
Our minimum order for delivery in Western Pennsylvania is $360 and there is a $25 fee per delivery.
Orders below this threshold do not qualify for local delivery and can be delivered, at purchaser’s expense, via UPS or common carrier.
Your order can also be picked up at our warehouse, for no additional charge, providing that you give us twenty four (24) hour notice.
If you live outside of Western Pennsylvania, we ship via United Parcel Service or, if your order is over 50 cases, a common carrier. You will be informed of the freight charge prior to your order being shipped and we will do our best to find you the most cost effective options.
PAYMENT
If you are located within Western Pennsylvania, we can extend credit for twenty one (21) consecutive days after physical receipt providing that your order is over $360 and we have a signed credit application on file.
We reserve the right to request that credit applications be backed by a credit card or signed by a senior member of institutional administrative staff.
Please note that we do not extend credit to individuals or non-accredited organizations and reserve the right to deny credit at our discretion.
Prepaid orders are eligible for a one (1) percent discount and must be paid for with cash, check or money order. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
All out of state orders must be paid for prior to delivery and we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
RETURN POLICY
All fundraising candy purchased from CandyFavorites.com, is guaranteed to be of the highest quality and comes with a 100% guarantee that it is of the highest quality.
As of 2007 and due to Pennsylvania Health Restrictions, we are unable to accept return merchandise; however, we will do our best to help you determine the appropriate amount to purchase.
Unlike other companies, all of our merchandise is in stock, in our temperature controlled warehouse, year round thus allowing you to get more products, in timely fashion.
