As thanks for helping us to become the largest online candy store we offer Free Shipping on most orders, as long as the order is over $75.
We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help make your shopping experience more comfortable.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY?
As long as your order is over $75 and DOES NOT include Candy Dispensers, Colorworks M&M’s, Concession Candy, Fundraising Candy, Retro Candy Gift Packs or Store Supplies, you qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
Please note that Thermo Cases or Ice Packs are not included in the order total.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE $75 WORTH OF CANDY AS WELL AS ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROMOTION?
You would still qualify for FREE DELIVERY but you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item not included in the promotion
For example, if you order $75 worth of candy bars as well as a case of concession candy, you would only be responsible for the cost of shipping the concession candy.
IS EXPRESS DELIVERY AVAILABLE AS PART OF THE FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION?
All packages that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery OR usps Priority Mail. . If you need an Expedited Shipping Option, please contact Customer Service and they will do their best to provide you with a cost effective alternative.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We try our best to process orders as soon as possible but if you would like to ensure that your package ships immediately, we suggest that you opt for Rush Delivery service.
Please note that this does not affect UPS Time in Transit but ensures that your order is given priority treatment.
Please note that orders qualifying for Free Shipping are processed in the order they are received and can take up to seventy two (72) hours until transit.
CAN I PURCHASE $75 WORTH OF CANDY AND SEND IT TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Candy orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING must be sent to one location.
CAN I USE THE FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION TO SHIP CANDY TO ALASKA, AN APO ADDRESS, HAWAII OR OVERSEAS?
All orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING must be located within the Continental United States and be accessible by UPS Ground Delivery.
IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, DO I STILL QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, you will still qualify for FREE SHIPPING if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Please note that we do not backorder items and should you choose to reorder, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping if the new order is less than $75
