Doscher’s Candies, one of the oldest candy companies in the United States, makes the famed Doscher’s French Chew Taffy. Founded in 1871 in Cincinatti, Ohio, they are still making their trademark taffy in the same copper kettles they have used since 1890, and we are pleased to offer it to you.
Although Bonomo's Taffy may be more well-known today, Doscher's French Chew Taffy is the original American taffy as it was influenced by wrapped taffy offered in the South of France in the mid-19th Century.
