When one of the owners of McKeesport Candy Co., was traveling with his wife through the French Riveria, she was carrying a bucket purse which, by trip's end, accumulated a large amount of wrapped hard candy

Upon returning from vacation, he decided to name an assortment of high quality bulk candy in remembrance of their vacation and thus "Riveria Mix" was born...
