I remember as a child the treat of opening a bag of Caamels and tring to fight off my siblings to be the one to get the dark caramels in the bag.
I still enjoy these tasty caramel treat today at age 50.
But, can I buy the dark caramels of yesteryear alone today?

For 38 years, these caramels have been my favorite treat. Whether I buy a few pieces in bulk, or a whole bag, I just can't wait to devour them. The fist encounter, a paper thin thin shell melting in my mouth, followed by creamy chewy dream. Nothing beats Brach Caramels.

I remember being a child and waiting for fall to come just so we could make caramel apples with these delicious wrapped caramels. I can still remember the smell of the caramel melting on the stove and the taste of the crunchy apple and gooey caramel and it entered my mouth. Oh what memories!
